Based on our experiences with Fire Departments across the nation, we've developed equipment packages to meet the needs of any station or academy that plans to implement CrossFit into its PT curriculum or soon will. In conjunction with this experience, we've worked closely with the Firefighting community's most experienced CrossFit implementation expert, Captain Mike Contreras (Wellness and Fitness Coordinator for the Orange County Fire Authority). Our fire packages are a good start point. They serve as a great guide and are arranged by "The Rule of Three" (Multiply any piece of equipment by three and that's the number of people you can potentially train). The package is set up for maximum flexibility of product choice within each category, i.e. Pendlay, Troy, Powermax or York for Barbells, Legend or York for GHDs and so on. WE WILL MATCH OR BEAT ANY QUOTE COMPRISED OF SIMILAR OR COMPARABLE PRODUCTS THAT DON'T ORIGINATE WITH OUR MANUFACTURERS!
