THE 55lb & Package one is a good starting dumbbell package. It includes the following denominations: 1. 15lb x 4 (2 pr.) 2. 25lb x 4 (" ") 3. 35lb x 4 (" ") 4. 55lb x 4 (" ") Please note the 55# & 25#DB in this pkg are back ordered until MID OCTOBER and the pkg will not ship incomplete . This packages scales well over the spectrum of athletic capacity. At one dollar ($1.00) a pound, this is a great deal. This package ships from the the West Coast (Ca. or Wa.). If you're located on the East Coast and/or want to purchase individual dumbbells, the Powermax or York Barbell versions are a better choice. Freight charges will be more favorable. This package can be customized to fit your needs, but the dumbbell order must exceed 350lb.
