HIgh quality, no instructions March 3, 2010

The rings feel very solid and I have no complaints about that, but is there any documentation on the safest way to set them up?  My first attempt I threaded the buckle the wrong way and the rings slipped.

Also, any tips on removing and reconnecting the rings so they can be moved easily from place to place?
